             (Per Formation Calendar)

On Sunday mornings during the school year, children preschool through 5th grade gather for Spark!, a time of bible lessons that helps children grow in faith through fun games and activities.

Children are grouped according to ages:

  • Pre-K, Kindergarten & 1st grade
  • 2nd and 3rd grades
  • 4th and 5th grades

Children's Sermon

Children of all ages are encouraged to come to worship and all are welcome at God's table of grace. (Epiphany's open communion, the practice of communing ALL people, including all ages.)

Prior to the sermon, children are invited to come forward for a message that's just for them about the day's lesson. (Actually, adults listen closely too!)

For children up to age 5, we have a nursery available during worship services.

Epiphany's Nursery

We have an infant and a toddler nursery, and children up to age 5 are welcome in the nursery. The nurseries are located just outside the worship center, on either side of the doors.

At present, we do not have our nursery staffed by volunteers or paid resources, so one parent is expected to remain with the child in the nursery.

Middle School

Ministry for middle school youth is centered Confirmation. Confirmation is a formation ministry that is central to God's mission through Epiphany, where we are a community being formed from the cradle to the grave as disciples of the living Christ.

When a child is baptized, parents and sponsors make promises on behalf of the child. As an adolescent, the baptized child is called upon to publicly affirm the promises made on his or her behalf. Confirmation is an intentional focus that equips the baptized adolescent to more deeply identify with the church and to participate more fully in her mission.

Confirmation is three-year process, with persons entering into confirmation concurrent with beginning the 6th grade in school and being confirmed at the end of their 8th grade year. Middle School meets during the school year.

Middle School Sunday Mornings

On Sunday mornings during the school year, at 10:00, our middle school youth meet for fellowship and formation with Middle School guides. These adult asset-builders facilitate small group discussion. Youth engage in the Scripture and together discover what the text is saying to them right here, right now in their daily lives.

We expect engagement and participation in Sunday morning worship services.

Forms for Youth Activities

High School

Our lives are filled with stress. We struggle with and worry about school, friends, family, jobs ... it's a lot. We need a place that sees us for who we are, and supports us. Working together, we can create our own pocket of God's Kingdom by being honest with ourselves and each other. This is our time and place to be REAL.

Who We Are

Real Time is a group of high school aged people building an affirming community for all our peers in and around the Suwanee, GA area. We welcome and affirm ALL, no matter what race or culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or relationship status.

What We Do

We meet regularly to spend time with each other, share our lives together, and learn more about how our identity as Children of God affects our everyday life.

We work to take active steps towards bettering the community and world around us.
