The REACH team is responsible for the following areas of ministry for Epiphany Lutheran Church:

• New Members
• Website
• Communications
• Welcome and Hospitality

Our Wildly Important Goals (WIGs) are:

1. To increase the visibility of Epiphany Lutheran Church

• Within the surrounding community
• On the internet
• Within our own congregation
• Within our facility

2. To provide a welcoming environment that leads people to connect with others and gives them a sense of belonging

• Personally welcoming our members and guests through a variety of activities and ministries
• Follow-up with visitors to encourage them to return
• Have accountability for visitor and new member follow-up
• Provide the lead so that members/visitors connect and belong

3. Provide an avenue that encourages member involvement through

• Various ways of communicating
• Facilitating involvement in the various groups within Epiphany
• Conducting periodic needs assessment
• Showing an appreciation for our members
• Being accountable for metrics
