Please complete all information below. We request that all meetings taking place at Epiphany be recorded on the church calendar to avoid conflicts and so that building maintenance can be scheduled without interrupting meetings.
Epiphany welcomes outside organizations to use our space for community meetings. Please just indicate if you are not a member and if your group has insurance coverage. No insurance coverage will not preclude your group from meeting, but we do need a record of it.
