This is a group for seniors (age 50 and up) who are interested in monthly social gatherings and outings. We meet for a potluck planning lunch early in the new year to set a calendar of activities — such as concerts, plays, picnics, and eating together. Sign up lists are available for each event; information about dates, times and other details are published in the monthly Star, the weekly Starlight , and the calendar on this site.
Our acronym, S.A.G.E. — Seniors Actively Gathering @ Epiphany — both describes what we do and refers to the meanings of the word “sage.” According to the dictionary, sage can be “a person venerated for experience, judgment and wisdom” as well as a ”seasoning or spice.”
We like to think our group has both wisdom and a certain spicy sense of humor. We enjoy our combined years and share delight in laughter seasoned with the spice of new experiences. We always welcome new friends and often share our activities with guests of other ages. For more information please email Gini atsage@epiphanysuwanee.orgor contact the church office at 770-831-1966.
On Sunday, December 13, S.A.G.E. [Seniors Actively Gathering at Epiphany] will gather at the home of Bill and Terrie Schiefelbein. If you're new to Epiphany and interested in a fun group of people 50+, please join us for this leisurely get-together.
