The New Member Class is offered for those who are curious about Epiphany and what it means to be Lutheran, and also for those who are interested in membership. New Members will be welcomed into the life of the congregation on Sunday, November 16, during the 11:00 service.
The New Member Class is offered for those who are curious about Epiphany and what it means to be Lutheran, and also for those who are interested in membership. For those coming from different denominations or other faith backgrounds, this class provides a supportive setting in which to learn more about Lutheranism. For those with a Lutheran background, it can be a time to ‘brush up’ on Lutheranism. You are not obligated to join by taking this class. We will be glad to have your participation!
The session consists of four classes scheduled Wednesday evening at 7:30 on October 22, 20 and November 5, 12, each on a different topic. At the end of the four-week session, if the individual has made the decision to join and feels comfortable calling Epiphany ‘home,’ he or she has the opportunity to join the church.
We invite you to join us for an Orientation Breakfast held on Saturday, November 15 from 9:00 - 11:00 AM, with new members being received on Sunday, November 16 at the 11:00 AM service.
